Effective date: November 4, 2026. In these policies, "we", "us" and "our" mean OfferLab Studios, LLC, the operator of familyreadinessplan.com. "You" means anyone who visits the site or buys the program.

Terms of Service

1. What you are buying

The Family Readiness Plan is a digital educational program sold for a one-time payment of $47. During checkout you may also choose an optional printable pack ($17) and an optional advanced program ($97). Every purchase is a one-time payment. There is no subscription and you will not be billed again unless you choose to buy something else.

2. Access

After payment you get lifetime access to the materials you purchased, for as long as we continue to operate the program. "Lifetime" means the life of the product, not a guarantee that we will host it forever; if we ever stop offering it we will try to give you a reasonable chance to download your materials first.

3. Personal license

The materials are for your personal and household use. You may print them for your family. You may not resell, share your access link, republish, or distribute them without our written permission. All content remains our property or our licensors'.

4. Educational purposes only

The program provides general educational information about household and family emergency preparedness. It is not professional, medical, legal, financial or safety advice, and it does not replace guidance from qualified professionals or local emergency officials. Always follow instructions from local authorities during an emergency.

5. No guaranteed outcomes

Emergencies are unpredictable. We do not promise or guarantee that using the program will keep you, your family or your property safe, or produce any particular result. Individual results vary. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions.

6. Not affiliated with government or relief agencies

We are an independent business. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FEMA, the American Red Cross, Ready.gov, or any government agency. We are also not part of or endorsed by Facebook/Meta.

7. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. Prices are in U.S. dollars.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the program is provided "as is" and our total liability for any claim related to it is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

9. Changes

Privacy Policy

What we collect

Information you give us: your name and email address (and phone number if you choose to provide one).
Order information: what you bought, the amount, and the date. Card details are collected and stored by Stripe, not by us.
Usage and device information: pages visited, browser type, approximate location from IP address, and similar data collected through cookies and tracking tools.

How we use it

To process your order and deliver the program.
To send you access details, receipts, customer support, and follow-up emails or text messages about the program and related offers.
To measure and improve our website and advertising.

Service providers we use

Stripe – payment processing.
GoHighLevel – contact management and email/SMS follow-up.
Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Conversions tools – measuring ad performance and showing relevant ads.
Our website host (Vercel).

These providers process data on our behalf or under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your name, email or order details for money. Some use of cookies for advertising may be considered "sharing" or "selling" under certain state laws; see Your rights below.

Cookies and tracking

We and our partners use cookies, pixels and similar technologies to remember your visit, measure which ads lead to sign-ups and purchases, and show you ads on other sites. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and adjust ad preferences in your Facebook/Meta account settings. Blocking cookies will not stop you from buying or using the program.

Email and text messages

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time with the "unsubscribe" link in any email. You can stop text messages by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply. You can also email us to be removed. We will still send necessary transactional messages, such as receipts.

Your privacy rights (California and other states)

Depending on where you live, including California (CCPA/CPRA) and other states with privacy laws, you may have the right to: know what personal information we have about you; get a copy of it; ask us to correct or delete it; and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information or targeted advertising. To make a request, email info@familyreadinessplan.com with the subject "Privacy Request." We may need to verify your identity. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

Retention and security

We keep your information as long as needed to provide the program, support you, and meet legal, tax and accounting duties. We use reasonable measures to protect it, but no system is perfectly secure.

Children

The program is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new version here with a new effective date.

Refund Policy – 30-Day Clarity Guarantee

If you don't feel the program gave you a clearer understanding of what your family needs, what to prioritize, and how to begin preparing, email info@familyreadinessplan.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will give you a full refund. No complicated forms.

Please include the name and email used at checkout.
The guarantee covers your satisfaction with the educational program, including any optional add-ons you bought, within 30 days of purchase.
Refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe. Your bank may take several business days to show it.
The guarantee is about the educational content. It is not a guarantee of safety, survival, or any outcome in a real emergency.
